Winky does a half-assed job
Winky is the most lazy and weak willed assistant in the world. He has a bad case of attention deficit disorder and can’t seem to focus on his job like a good winky should. Instead, his dirty little winky mind veers him to porn every time Mistress steps out of the office for any extended period of time. Once Mistress returns she reads the guilty winky look all over his face. In order to sufficiently humiliate him, she forces him over her knee and administers a nice strong paddling to teach winky to keep his winky away during the work day.
